When I started Telemarketing, I really thought I'd be a bottom performer but not only that I was amazed but the whole class of our training back then in my previous employer was also amazed because I was the only one who doesn't have any experience in selling but achieved tremendous figures. My coach told me then that I have a very good opening spiel of my own which most of the time is effective,has a very pleasant voice which is good because clients wouldn't be intimidated,has a creative way of presenting the product and most importantly a good closer which is the most important of all skills when it comes to selling.
