I am Laarni Mendoza. Call me Arnie. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I started working at the age of 17 as a Mc Donald's crew. Then when I graduated I started a rank in a retail industry. After my 5th month I decided to apply in
a BPO industry which lasted for 9 years. Then last year, I went back to a retail industry. I got hired as a supervisor then went up to a manager.
As person, I am a very reliable person. I work with a minimum supervision and always go an extra mile when a task is assigned to me. I am also a very goal oriented person. For me every single minute being spent in the office counts. So I see to it that I am productive all the time.
When it comes to my subordinates I am always after their goal. I usually teach them on how goals can be achieved. I use S.M.A.R.T method. And when I coach people there is always a an action plan. Short term, midterm, long term.
