Profile Description

I was a technical support representative and a customer service representative for 4 years in a call center company, helping american customers with their technical needs
over the phone. Part of our job was to offer product or plan upgrades to qualified customers. I faced different challenges such as having to talk with difficult customers. I am
proud to say that I was able to persuade most of them in accepting our offer by showing sincerity and helped them understand the values and benefits they may get from accepting the offer. I received several recognition because of my exemplary performance in customer satisfaction.
I also have an experience working as a virtual assistant for 2 years with Mortgage Companion Phils. My main task was to help my loan officers from Miami, Florida process their housing loan applications. We used 1003 for our borrower's data entry and upload complete loan applications online. We did cold calls to generate leads for home refinancing and assign them to our Loan Officers.
I had a short term employment with a brokerage company in Florida, wherein I create Craigslist posting, create MLS listing, add contacts and create a Listing Loop in KW/eEdge, add listing in Top Producer, create a virtual tour in Visual Tour and linked it to their different websites.
