Profile Description
I have been with a BPO company for almost 2 years as a Product Specialist, that functions both as a Technical/Customer Service and a Virtual Assistant for Central Distributing's Yosemite Home Decor, based at Fresno California.
Prior to that experience, I was a Sales Engineer/Agent for a year, doing 90% field work, able to translate customer needs, appointment setting, explaining the products both through presentations and on hand testing.
Both my experiences has greatly influenced my eye for detail(s) and the urgency to finish on time or quotas in regard.
