Profile Description

I've done hands-on troubleshooting computer and network problems and some software programs. I also became an Admin and IT support, in which I support the IT colleagues from Singapore, when there's problem with regards to server and network, I told them what was the problem as they have the full control of the server and network. Also I did configures and setup workstations for LAN connection, troubleshooting and checking of disconnected clients, server and desktop maintenance and upgrade and and giving technical support for all computer users. And also as an Admin Assistant I did perform inventories of hardware, such as computers, printers, scanners and other IT equipments, software, consumables and office supplies. Also greets clients and visitors, notifies appropriate person of a visitor’s arrival, updating organization chart and phone directories, hotel and flight reservations, register participants for conference or seminar and liaise with travel agencies to setup travel arrangements including visa application and ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of company.
