I've been in the BPO industry for almost two years now and running. Handled Billing , Sales and technical support. I am open- minded and a very fast learner so, I can quickly acquire the needed skills and knowledge. As a CSR my prime duties and responsibilities includes: Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries. Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve every contact satisfaction.
