Profile Description

I worked as Customer Service Representative for more than 5 years under a financial account. We mainly handle Credit Cards  and as a Technical Support working from home for 3 years under Logitech Currently, I have a reliable computer and stable internet connection to start with.
I worked hard and became a Top Performer several times on my previous job. I love assisting customer and it is my passion. 
Working from home is my dream. I d ---------- to enter the world of freelancing so I could use my time more efficiesntly and widen my horizon. Still having the same passion in my heart, I strive to always be a great contribution to my client's success.
