From managing 80+ daily emails and coordinating 15-25 weekly site visits to maintaining client databases, preparing proposals, tracking jobs, and keeping projects organized, I focus on making sure nothing important gets missed.

I build systems that make work easier, whether that's organizing Google Drive structures, maintaining CRM records, improving workflows in Notion, or creating clear documentation that the entire team can follow.
