On my second year, I have worked as Credit Card Analyst, monitored delinquent accounts, made payment arrangements and took legal actions on special cases. On my third year I have worked as Customer Sales Associate. Prior to working in the Call Center Industry, I have already experience secretarial work under my parents' construction business.
