I worked before as a Reports Analyst on one of the contact center here in our place.
My role is to analyze raw data gathered and present it in a dashboard form.
The dashboard shows the program's/account's key performance indicators performance level.
This is also being looked at by our VP's and Directors to direct them in wise decision making, action planning and advertising.
