Profile Description

I graduated from Ateneo de Zamboanga University with the degree in Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting in 2007 where I was an Academic Scholar.
I worked with MASICAP MSME Development Foundation Inc., a locally based NGO as a Project Development Analyst where I was a Team Leader for almost three years in two different provinces. I was promoted as the Assistant Program Coordinator supervising and managing the six Southern Mindanao Teams. Our work was primarily to assist local entrepreneurs and organizations through preparation of project feasibility studies and project proposals to access grant funding and loan application, and at the same time, manage the team members to achieve set quota per quarter. As needed in the project studies, we conduct market research and analysis per client’s industry, for clients who do not maintain proper accounting we reconstruct financial statements, evaluate client’s financial statements in line with the funding institution's guidelines for proper matching, perform financial forecasting based on sales and industry trends, and generate and analyze financial ratios.
Currently, I am the Resident Manager of a
manpower agency with the main responsibility of managing and directing the administration, accounting, marketing, and human resource departments to attain desired goals set by the Board of Directors. I had other various work experiences as Technical Training Consultant, and Business Process Consultant for SAP Business One.
All of these experiences honed my expertise in team/human resource management, enterprise planning management, microfinance facilitation, business presentations, operation and financial management, and preparation of project studies and proposals. I am adept with finance and accounting functions, business analysis, marketing functions especially creation of marketing collateral,
SAP accounting system, and MS applications Word, Excel, Publisher, Access, PowerPoint. My experiences taught me the value of integrity, helped me develop an analytical and decisive mind, enhanced my communication and leadership skills, develop my organizing and multi-tasking skills, and became a resourceful and output oriented individual.
I am a fast learner and a hardworking person. I easily adapt to change and adjust easily to my environment.
