Profile Description

My work concentration is to provide a high level of problem analysis, testing, implementation and resolution.
My primary work experience is troubleshooting issues that involves uninterruptible power supplies, network management software and applications.
I have a good working background with Microsoft Operating Systems (Desktop and Server Editions such as Server Core and Hyper-V), VMWare (ESX and ESXi with vMA and vIMA), Linux (Fedora, Red Hat and Ubuntu).
I am exposed with different networking protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, SNMP, SMTP, SysLog, ARP and TelNet.
I have been using PutTy, HyperTerminal, WinSCP and SSH applications.
I am also well versed with Microsoft Office applications and has been working and studying Pivot Tables in Excel as part of Data Analyis and Presentation.
