Responsibilities:
1. Client Management: I am responsible for maintaining a solid relationship with clients by regularly communicating about their campaign performance and progress. My team and I help achieve the client's business goals, KPIs, and target audience to develop a suitable marketing strategy.
2. Campaign Planning and Execution: create and implement a digital marketing plan based on the client's requirements and expectations.
3. Team Management: Good digital marketing is impossible without a great team of professionals, including copywriters, graphic designers, SEO tech, and media managers.
As a team leader, I ensure everyone is working towards the same goal and that we deliver results on time.
4. Budget Management: I am responsible for managing the budget of the digital marketing campaign by allocating the budget to various channels based on their effectiveness and ROI.
5. Analytics and Reporting: Analyse campaign data and provide reports to clients on their campaign's performance by using analytics tools to measure KPIs, identify trends, and suggest changes to the campaign to improve performance.
6. Industry Knowledge: Digital marketing is an ever-changing industry, and as a senior account manager, I need to stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure my clients are getting the best results possible. I do this by attending industry conferences, workshops, and webinars to learn and share knowledge, and by making reading industry news regularly a part of my life.1 year 7 months
