I hold a degree in Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. I was employed by an Educational Institution for a year as a Marketing Officer and visited many High Schools conducting Career Guidance telling students about careers in I.T. showing my communication and marketing skills before I became the Software Support Engineer/Computer Laboratory Technician of the same institution for another year. It was physically and mentally demanding.
I managed three computer laboratories, four offices, it's local area network backbone including it's wifi services, and six servers (IPCOP w/ URL Filter, PFSense, I.S.A., SQL server, file server). I learned to manage them on my own without corporate sponsored training.
My ability to communicate led me to believe that I have a good writing skills.
