Direct client interaction is facilitated through the Freshdesk ticketing platform. Additionally, I adeptly assemble and edit video footage, utilizing video editing software for trimming, arrangement, and enhancement. Collaborating seamlessly with the creative team, I ensure project objectives are met, incorporating storytelling techniques for engaging videos. Further, I excel in editing and mixing audio elements to achieve clear and balanced sound, all while maintaining an organized workflow for effective file management.
