Profile Description
I worked w/ a mortgage company for 4 years, and we are under the collections department.
Basically our main goal is to process customers monthly mortgage payment to avoid delinquency. We process payments using their checking or savings account. We also provide options for the customer to avoid further delinquency or even foreclosure, we serve as a loan counselor. We also manage to do multitasking, receiving call and making down notes at the same time. Time management is one of our priority.
