I've been working as a call center agent for about 4 years. My first call center experience, is at telesales department wherein we process phone lines for Sprint phones. With this department I believe that I acquire all the skills and attitude for this job. My next call center experience is as a customer representative, with this experience I believe that I was able to attain my goals to help all the needs and demands of the customers.
