Profile Description

I graduated my Masters Degree in Public Administration at Southwestern University and earned the title Benemeritus. I am also a registered Criminologist and is now presently connected with the Government in charge of administrative and operational matters. I worked as an inbound call center representative for a reputable cable company in the US handling the sales and billing inquiries of the customers. I had training regarding customer handling, sales and marketing at the Teletech Delivery Center. I am a data entry specialist and an internet savvy person. I am an honest and diligent person and also can work under pressure and is willing to be train. Multitasking is my expertise. I am open to new ideas and approaches that can be beneficial to the company and meeting the deadline is my ultimate goal.
