Profile Description

I have worked in a call center for almost five years and I can say that my customer service skills have been honed to its best. I received recognitions for good leadership and customer service skills. Almost every month I was on the list of agents/employees with excellent scorecard. Most of my immediate superiors recommended me to pursue a higher position because they believed that my exemplary performance would bring me and the company to a win-win situation. However, I opt not to because I decided to work at home through online jobs. I believe that I can be more productive and focused then. That's why I decided to left the corporate environment and face the computer at home for corporate people and be a part of their business. If given a chance, I would like to exert my 100% effort in working online as a Customer Service Representative for any products and services.
I also have an experience in writing. I used to be an Editor in Chief for our school publication during high school and a writer during college. I worked for Xlibris Publishing for three years. Writing is my passion. I can write for novels, businesses, children's books, school papers, news, magazine and online articles.
For my three years stay at Xlibris Publishing, I have been at the Marketing Department for one year and I had been equipped with strategies for successful sales.
