I am a graduate of Computer Technology and was a 2nd year college student of Bachelor Science of Accountancy. I am knowledgeable with Microsoft Office and knowledgeable as well with net surfing. I am as well able to communicate using the English Language and was able to develop it because of my Call Center experience. I was a part of Comcast before and Cisco - Linksys account where in we provide technical support and customer support. I was also part of the sale support team before wherein we sell routers, wired and wireless adapters, modem and modem routers. I am also part of D - Link technical support team wherein we support all D - Link devices.
