Good day!
I graduated this year with major in Accountancy. I was an academic scholar and I was a Student Assistant all throughout my college years, that means I am very well trained in clerical and administrative task.
I worked for Teletech Holdings Co. as a Customer Care specialist for 22 months. I worked as a Customer Care Representative for
a medical insurance.
I handle benefit inquiry and I also analyze financial claims in my account.
I am now currently teaching Korean students how to speak English over the phone as my part time job. I also have some tutorial class for accounting. I am a skilled user of all Microsoft programs especially Excel since we always use that in school. I am also a very skilled typist. I can type 50 words per minute. I really hope I can be part of your team. It will be a big opportunity for me, Thank you so much in advance.
