I've been in the call center industry for almost 8 years now,handling different accounts with numerous responsibilities. Being a Quality Assurance supervisor, I am very particular with details, correcting Grammar, pronunciation, and the like. Aside from that, I am also skilled at telephone handling since I've been an agent for a while too. I also know email,chat support, a little of sales,billing,data entry,processing orders and most of all handling an account overall.
