Profile Description

I have over 10 years of combined experience in the call center industry and home base work both inbound and outbound. I have experience business development mainly in lead generation, appointment setting, collections, inbound and out bound sales and customer service industries.
My previous job for home base includes responsibilities such as setting up appointments and lead generation with decision makers from companies in North America, Canada and Hawaii; I handled Appointment setting for SEO Company, Staffing Firm, IT Company and Time & attendance software Company on my previous campaigns.
My task includes calls, email, software support, troubleshooting and part time training new agents for best practices for one of my clients as it occasionally requires me to do both account management and staffing.
