I have worked for several BPOs here in the Philippines and i am familiar with a lot of different BPO tools. When I was with a Technical Support account we do online troubleshooting of Internet Connectivity (DSL, Cable, HSIA), VOIP lines, and Cable Television (including TVOIP). Also, as a customer service representative I have dealt with billing, online order taking, and fraud disputes. I was also part of the WorkForce Management team where we handle staffing, realtime reports, and client correspondences.
My skills with Microsoft Office are intermediate and are of somewhat advanced in some of the Office components such as Excel and Outlook. I also know a little about website management and Social media administration. I have fair knowledge of Adobe photoshop as well.
During my days off I also work as a content writer for some online media repository.
