For works and management, I've experienced systematic document filling, bookkeeping and other clerical and supervisory work. I am a fast learner and can work under time pressure and less supervision. For computer literacy, I am Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office application (Microsoft word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook). I worked as an accounting clerk/secretary/admin staff in a consultancy firm for almost 4 years and dealing with numbers all day is very frustrating. Fortunately, those numbers helped me learned to; prepare check vouchers, prepare petty cash vouchers, prepare refunds and collections, prepare government reports, check daily collection report, check daily sales & purchases report, prepare Financial Statements as needed by the management, Audit financial statements for Quarterly reports, make inventory reports, encode Official Receipts, check daily journal and ledger reports, prepare weekly and monthly payroll, prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual taxes and External Accounting. Basically, focused in accounting and financial set up, but all of these work loads need guidance and approval from the Auditors. As of now, I'm working as a Admin Staff/ Sales Coordinator from an IT company. Still the same scope of responsibilities but less pressured. My current job helps me to deal with different people because at the same time, I'm the receptionist of our branch, presenting and at the same time selling products for walk-in customers. Most of the time, I'm monitoring our stocks on hand and preparing the purchase orders of our clients/dealers. I make daily reports like, collection & deposit reports, petty cash liquidations, inventory & delivery reports, transfer order report and a little bit in accounting and telemarketing.
