Profile Description

I started working when I was in college where I was hired as a student assistant at Silliman University High School library, there I learned to encode, prepare powerpoint presentations for incoming freshmen students and organize book listings. When I graduated I became part of our Local Government Unit workforce and was hired as an assistant of the budget officer. I was task to budget infrastructure projects including labor and other department budgets and payroll.
I do annual and quarterly budget report and joined council meetings during the absence of the municipal budget officer. When I became part of Teletech CMC, I was hired as an agent who deals mainly in billing and repair issues of American customers. I was then promoted as an escalation agent where I deal with supervisor calls. Not long after I became part of the workorder audit team where I am exposed to data entry, research, data analysis and client reporting.
My experience was enhanced more when i became a team leader handling atmost 25 agents. On top of my previous experience I learned to mentor an agent, manage a team, organize events, plan skill enhancement activities and implement it, and client presentations.
