I've worked as a TSR (Technical Support Representative) for a particular security software so I have a practice my technical skills for 7 months. My supervisor would always appreciate me for having KUDOS (doing something excellent) coming from our irate customers maybe not all the time but mostly in tough situations.
I've also tried managing a small hotel (that's what our foreign guest would mostly call it) being a manager It also entails a huge responsibility. Good decision making is a must as a manager, because whatever your decision will be it will always reflect to the whole management.
I just realized that Ive been in a Customer Service industry for almost 4 years now and I guess what made me very productive in all the posts I handled is the very simple yet very effective in dealing with customers, "Customers are always right"
