Since I was able to work as a customer service representative for 4 years and 5 moths, I can say that I have a very good customer care skills. I am capable or shall I say good in understanding individual differences of customers because
I know that different customers behave differently. I am also a good communicator at the same time and a good listener. And lastly with regard to computer literacy, I am a computer-savvy, particularly in Word processing, and use the internet to be able to work efficiently.
