My work experiences are focused mainly on survey, research, planning, formulation and implementation of control system, monitoring and coordination with the different department under a typical sales and marketing operation.
The information and data are necessary in the preparation of the Business Plan of the company.Sales and Marketing details are outlined to guide management in the monitoring of the operation against agreed and approved targets/quota.
The important aspect is everybody will be given the chance to work on its based on the Business Plan. A reporting system on daily basis is devised to allow the personnel to air and comment to correct and improve in the process. monthly Performance REview in conducted to consolidate reports and help the team in all aspect of the operation whenever it is required.
