Program/operations Manager

Are you passionate about youth and looking for a part-time remote role that makes an impact? CTB Basketball, a youth basketball academy based in Sammamish, WA, USA is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations & Program Manager (VA) to support our backend operations and help us run smoothly as we train the next generation of athletes.

Compensation
We offer a very competitive hourly rate of $5.50 – $7.50 USD, based on experience and skills.
Pay increase available after 90 days based on performance.
•Working hours Monday–Friday | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM PST (Part-time, 20 hours/week)

About CTB Basketball
We specialize in developing young athletes through skill-building, teamwork, and positive mentorship. Our academy offers training programs, classes, and camps for kids of all levels, and we take pride in helping each child grow both on and off the court.

Key Responsibilities:
•Monitor and update class availability
•Track coach hours and handle payroll-related tasks
•Organize meeting notes and manage internal file systems
•Parent & Player Communication

Skills & Qualifications
•Proven experience in operations, admin, or project coordination (bonus if in youth sports or education)
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Excell, Asana ( other related tools)
•Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
•Self-starter who enjoys problem-solving and continuous improvement
