We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive support in managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, and enabling the executive team to focus on strategic priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Email
Monitor, organize, and respond to
Draft, proofread, and send correspondence as needed.
Calendar and Scheduling Support:
Manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
Coordinate availability with internal and external stakeholders to optimize schedules.
Outbound Calling:
Conduct outbound calls to clients, partners, or tea
Relay important information and confir
Administrative Task Support:
Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and record management.
Support in organizing and maintaining files and records.
Action Item and Deadline Management:
Send reminders for action items and ensure deadlines are met.
Track and follow up on pending tasks to ensure completion.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with scheduling tools and project management software.
Customer service experience or a professional phone manner is a plus.
Working Conditions:
This role may require flexible working hours to align with the executive team’s schedule.
