Build Excel Spreadsheet

I am looking for someone to work with me on building a spreadsheet that I will use as a newsletter magnet. You must be able to make working spreadsheets in both Google Sheets and Excel. The spreadsheets aren't super complicated, but they will require more than a basic knowledge of Excel. This is a gig possession but there are several spreadsheets that I need made.
