JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant to manage our insurance policy pipeline from submission to activation. You will ensure clients’ policies stay on track, keeping both our clients and carriers aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

Track policy statuses (via provided spreadsheets) and ensure policies draft and go active.
Monitor emails for any carrier requests or pending requirements.
Call clients to gather missing documents, signatures, or licenses.
Contact carriers to confirm policy requirements or resolve issues.
Purchase state licenses as needed (with confirmation fro ---------- ).

Additional Tasks:

Track all client policies in a Google Drive folder, creating a comprehensive, organized database.
Provide end-of-day reporting summarizing tasks completed, policies updated, and any pending items.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience with client follow-ups and administrative coordination.
Strong communication skills, including phone calls.
Organized and comfortable managing digital files and spreadsheets.
Familiarity with insurance is a plus, but willingness to learn is essential.
