Window Warriors & Home Services is a fast-growing U.S.-based company serving high-end clients across North Houston. We’re building a high-performance team that values ownership, initiative, and growth. If you’re based in the Philippines, have strong communication skills, and love solving problems, this might be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

This is a part-time position to start, with training hours from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST (10:00 PM – 3:00 AM PH time). If you prove to be a top performer, you’ll transition into a full-time role (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST) with higher pay and long-term growth.


What You’ll Do:
Client Communication: Respond to calls, messages, and emails in real time with professionalism and clarity.

CRM & Admin Support: Keep tools like Jobber and Go High Level (GHL) organized.

Scheduling & Follow-Ups: Make sure appointments and client touchpoints are handled on time.

Daily Tools: Use ChatGPT, Zapier, Airtable/Excel, and Notion to keep workflows flowing.

What We’re Looking For:
Strong written and verbal English skills. (Fluent & Above as you will be speaking with clients)

Experience with tools like Excel, CRM systems, or automations is a plus, but not required—we provide SOPs and training.

Detail-oriented and dependable.

Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.

Compensation & Perks:
Part-Time (Training): Paid hourly (rate based on experience).

Post-Probation: Up to $800/month (Full-Time).

Weekly pay.

PTO and vacation after probation.

Tech/Wi-Fi stipend after 6–12 months.
