Turo Fleet Virtual Assistant – Customer Service & Operations

We are Social Drive LLC, a professional Turo car-sharing fleet based in Austin, Texas with 66 vehicles actively rented through the Turo platform. We are hiring TWO reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to cover our daily operations.

SHIFT OPTIONS (CST – Central Standard Time):
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST (Monday, Wednesday–Sunday | Tuesday off)
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM CST (Monday–Tuesday, Thursday–Sunday | Wednesday off)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to guest messages on Turo promptly and professionally
- Handle trip modification requests, extensions, and cancellations
- Coordinate with guests on pickup/drop-off logistics at Austin Airport
- Monitor active trips and flag issues to management
- Assist with roadside situations by contacting the appropriate support channels
- Coordinate ground team (cleaning/delivery) activities and scheduling
- Update internal tracking sheets (Google Sheets/Excel) with daily trip activity
- Escalate urgent issues to the owner via Telegram
- Perform basic administrative tasks as needed

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Prior experience with Turo, car rental, or fleet operations is a STRONG advantage
- Excellent written English – you will be the voice of our business to guests
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
- Available to work your assigned shift consistently 6 days a week
- Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel, Telegram, and iCloud messaging
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Able to start within 2 weeks

HIRING PROCESS:
Shortlisted candidates will complete a short paid trial task before a final offer is made. We are looking for long-term team members and offer consistent hours, on-time weekly pay, and a stable working relationship.
