TikTok/Reels/Shorts Video Creator

**Responsibilities:**

- Plan and execute creative strategies, angles, and hooks for short-form videos
- Conduct trend research and identify viral video ideas, replicating them with a unique twist
- Create 3-4 short-form videos daily, ensuring each video is engaging, visually appealing, and tailored to our target audience
- Shoot and edit videos using the TikTok app, CapCut, and other relevant tools
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in short-form video content across all platforms

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in video editing and content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing short-form content, preferably for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Proficiency in CapCut, TikTok app, Canva, and other relevant editing tools
- Familiarity with AI tools like MidJourney, Runway, Heygen, and ElevenLabs, and the ability to use them to create video content
- Strong understanding of short-form video platform algorithms and what drives engagement
- Excellent research skills for identifying trending topics, hashtags, and data mining for content ideas
- Creative mindset and ability to generate unique, original ideas for Upgrade to see actual info or funny style videos
- Fluency in English and ability to write compelling scripts
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

2) This is NOT a “video editor” position, but a “video CREATOR” role. You will be responsible for the entire content creation process, from ideation to posting on social media.

You will NOT be provided with any materials, raw footage, or raw videos.

You will need to create content entirely from scratch. You must source your own footage, images, and audio. You can create them yourself, use AI, make compilations from other videos, remakes, etc. But it has to be done independently. We will only assist with brainstorming ideas and providing tools (such as MidJourney, ElevenLabs, Adobe services, etc.).

If you produce fully original content featuring your face, this is a plus and may result in higher pay. We will discuss this at the beginning.

To emphasize, we need a fully independent video creator who knows how to make INTERESTING and useful content and CAN execute this.
