About The Role, PURCHASING TEST LEAD
The Purchasing Test Lead will lead the execution of the purchasing test plans properly and timely according to the set requirements. This person will make sure that the test team understands the purpose and the expected results of the purchasing tests. He will lead his test tea
Is expected to be super hands-on as he is the owner of all successes and failures related to conducting tests and therefore all elements of the business that are affected by that system.
Specific responsibilities include:
Leading a team of purchasing to execute purchasing test plans accordingly
Execution of test cases and test scenarios; Participating in purchasing tests to understand the issues that need to be resolved
Implementation of test plans and test strategies
Keeping track of the testing progress and results
Analysis of test results
Test report generation
Owning all testing methodology and results, coordinating with different stakeholders to ensure proper (sophisticated) testing is done
Purchasing test procedure standardization and improvement
KPIs and metrics monitoring that will help evaluate, maintain, and improve quality work
Continuously evaluates the business value of the team
Mentoring members serving as a role model for the team
Assesses impact of potential disruptions in any of the purchasing tests being conducted
Drives the execution and completion of all test activities
Drives continuous improvement on test procedure and test plans and activities
Collaborates with stakeholders and other department leads to plan, direct, control and maintain effective plan testing
Qualifications:
1-year minimum experience leading a test team preferably in both manual and automation
1-year minimum experience in Data Analysis and standard QA processes and procedures
At least 3 years of conducting tests preferably in an agile environment
Track record in executing test cases and test scenarios
