System Setup & Operations Assistant (Learning + Test Task)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with system setup and operational tasks inside an online business platform.

This role requires learning how the system works before performing setup tasks.

PHASE 1 – LEARNING (1–2 weeks):
- Review system documentation and user guides (in English)
- Learn system logic, settings, and workflows
- Ask questions if something is unclear
- No changes will be made in the live system during this phase

PHASE 2 – TEST TASK:
- Access will be provided with limited permissions
- You will be asked to apply specific settings for test users
- Tasks will follow clear written instructions
- No independent decisions – only predefined steps

PHASE 3 – ONGOING WORK (if successful):
- Apply predefined settings for new clients
- Follow step-by-step procedures
- Report completed tasks

IMPORTANT:
- You are NOT required to make decisions
- You are NOT required to understand business logic
- You must strictly follow instructions
- The system interface and documentation are in English

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn software systems independently
- Experience working with online tools or platforms
- Comfortable reading documentation in English

TEST TASK:
A paid test task will be given after the learning phase.
