Short-form Video Editor, Entry-Level to Advanced

I am looking for passionate and creative short-form video editors, from novices eager to learn to seasoned pros looking to take their careers to the next level. This is not just a salary job, but an opportunity earn a percentage of the profits you help create and be part of a growing business.

ABOUT THE JOB:

Base Salary: $Upgrade to see actual infoper month per month depending on experience level, with a $50 raise after the first month.
Profit Sharing: Earn 10% of the profits on the content you edit. We all succeed together.
Work schedule: I am from the US, but we will find a schedule that works for you and your family. A standard 8:00AM to 5:00PM (with a 1 hour lunch) is one possibility.
Work Schedule: 5 full days a week plus 2 hours on Saturday for weekly reviews.
Opportunities for Advancement: Promotions as editing mastery increases. And as the business grows, management level positions such as Chief Editor, Strategy Manager, and Director of Editorial Content will be available.

REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience with video editing is preferred
Effective English communication skills
Sufficient computer equipment to do video editing
