Due to strong growth we are looking for a bright, friendly & outgoing person to fulfil the position within the organisation.
Your Job Role will include:
- Cold Calling sales to grow business.
- Calling previous clients to rejoin our program
- Familiar with social media marketing
- Design skills preferred.
- Answering Inbound Calls from clients needing to place orders
- Manage the busy inbox and respond to customer queries in a timely manner
- Call clients for feedback and collect information on experience
- Follow up clients who have failed payments
- Create invoices for clients who require an invoice for their payment to be made.
-Follow up clients as necessary regarding accounts and queries via email and phone
-Respond to customer complaints
- Miscellaneous administrative duties
- Make calls to reach out to organizations that may want to work with us (sales experience preferred)

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
The successful applicant will need to be
- Confident with sales
- Design experience and social media marketing
- Confident with administration and phone skills
- Customer focused
- Reliable &Punctual
- Have great customer Service skills
- Solid in Verbal and Written English
- Computer Literate (MS Word/Excel/gmail)
- Team player
- Need to be able to work independently
- Have strong attention to detail
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Great attitude towards work and Peers
- A solid internet network is required
-A quiet background as you will be speaking to clients over the phone.
-You will need to be available on zoom or Google meet

Job Type and Category
Time required:
Part time and full time positions are available and the applicant needs to be available to work day and night shifts including weekends.
The successful applicant will need to be flexible to cover the hours required between 9am to 8pm Monday to Saturday as hours may vary on a weekly basis.
Full training is provided . Salary is $528 AUD per Month.
