JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:

1.Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
-Create comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve company objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Set sales targets and objectives in alignment with organizational goals.

2.Lead and Manage Sales Team:
-Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing support to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to enhance their sales skills and performance.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

3.Drive Revenue Growth:
-Directly contribute to revenue generation by actively pursuing sales opportunities and closing deals.
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress towards targets and identify areas for improvement.
Develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability across all channels.

4.Foster Client Relationships:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
Understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Address any client concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.

5.Collaboration and Coordination:
-Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolve any operational issues affecting sales.

6.Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
-Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to sales and customer relationship management.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 1 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
