This is primarily a sales job, with some operations to do as well.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling:
Generate onsite appointments for the owner from provided cold call lists.
Inbound Sales:
Convert inbound calls into sales opportunities.
Operations:
Assist with various operational tasks to support business functions.
Problem Solving:
Address and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
Business Development:
Identify and create business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with tea
Recruitment:
Assist in interviewing potential new hires to build a strong team.
Qualifications:
