We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Sales & Admin Assistant to support our sales team and contribute to our continued growth.

Job Overview:
The Sales & Admin Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and administrative functions. This position involves assisting with sales activities, managing customer inquiries, maintaining records, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and following up with clients.
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or social media, providing timely and accurate information.
- Maintain and update sales records, databases, and CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Support the creation and distribution of sales materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, events, and trade shows, including travel arrangements and materials preparation.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of sales contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, file management, and office supply maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment of sales objectives.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Google WorkSpace Suite, HighLevel CRM software, canva and other sales tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales records and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or administration are a plus.
