Overview
We are seeking an independent, tech-savvy, and fluent Remote Customer Service Representative to join our virtual support team. In this 100% remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for our English speaking customers, delivering exceptional service right from your home office. The ideal candidate thrives in an autonomous work environment, possesses excellent time-management skills, and can seamlessly switch between languages to solve customer problems with empathy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Remote Omnichannel Support: Independently manage and respond to a medium volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in English.
Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues regarding accounts, billing, deliveries, or product technicalities using cloud-based tools.
Data Integrity: Accurately log all customer interactions, notes, and resolutions in our centralized CRM system in real-time.
Order Processing: Help process orders through the 3rd logistics platform.
Administration: scheduling DHL and UPS pickup. File claims with shipping carriers
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
Remote Work Requirements
Dedicated Workspace: A quiet, private, and distraction-free home office setup with a closing door to ensure customer privacy.
High-Speed Internet: Reliable, hardwired (Ethernet) high-speed internet connection. Minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps required (no satellite or Wi-Fi-only connections).
Technical Self-Sufficiency: Ability to basic-troubleshoot your own home internet and computer setups with remote assistance from our IT team.
Qualifications & Skills
Language Requirements:
Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Spanish is strictly required. Language proficiency testing will be conducted during the interview process.
Experience & Education:
Associate college or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in a customer service, call center, or virtual support role. Prior remote work experience is highly preferred.
Technical & Soft Skills:
Digital Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for grammar and tone in both languages.
Software Proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and communication tools (e.g.,Teams, G Suite).
Time Management: Strong self-discipline and organizational skills to stay on task and manage schedules without direct in-person supervision.
