We are a small Canadian Third-Party Logistics (3PL) company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented assistant to help manage day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in supporting warehouse activity and ensuring customers’ shipments are processed and tracked properly.
This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow, especially as we add new customers. We're just getting started, so we need someone reliable, self-motivated, and ready to grow with us.
Responsibilities:
- Enter customer orders into our system
- Release orders to the warehouse team
- Book freight for inbound and outbound shipments
- Communicate tracking information and order updates to clients
- Follow up on order completion and shipping issues
- Maintain spreadsheets and logs
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Stable internet connection and own computer
- Able to work independently and problem-solve
- Experience in logistics, eCommerce, or order processing is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Gmail, or shipping software (e.g., ClickShip, ShipStation) is a bonus
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time (Canada)
- Follow Canadian holidays
Salary:
- $400–$500 USD/month depending on experience
