We’re hiring a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our real estate team during evenings. This role is focused on helping agents write real estate contracts and managing, updating, and troubleshooting our real estate systems to keep everything running smoothly outside of standard office hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft offers for real estate transactions with information from agent
- Monitor and update real estate CRM and transaction management platforms
- Run quality checks on data, files, and tasks in our systems
- Troubleshoot and flag system errors or missing information for follow-up
- Organize digital files and ensure documents are uploaded correctly
- Support with light admin and tech-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong technical skills and ability to quickly learn new platforms
- Experience with real estate CRMs/transaction management tools preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
- Strong written English communication skills for system notes and reports
Work Schedule & Tools:
- Hours: Monday-Friday 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM CST
- We use Timeproof and Payoneer (valid ID required)
