Lead Research Virtual Assistant – Behavioral Health (Remote)

We are a U.S.-based healthcare consulting company looking for a virtual assistant to support online research and lead list building.

This role is focused on identifying behavioral health, mental health, and telehealth companies and collecting accurate company and decision-maker information. This is not a sales or outreach role.

Responsibilities

Research U.S.-based behavioral health and mental health providers

Identify small to mid-sized companies

Collect and organize company and decision-maker data in Google Sheets

Requirements

Strong internet research skills

High attention to detail

Comfortable with Google Sheets

Good written English

Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.

Hours & Pay

8–10 hours per week
