Klaviyo Email Marketer + SMS | Email Designer

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a creative Klaviyo E-mail Marketing Specialist/Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing email marketing strategies and SMS automation flows to drive major growth and engagement for our company. We are searching for someone who can manage 10k+ subscriber list, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing email strategies to drive desired outcomes such as increased sales, customer retention, and brand awareness.


TASKS:

- Develop and execute e-mail marketing campaigns to promote our products
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Deep analysis/restructure of current email flows + setup new flows
- Create and manage customer segmentation strategies
- Lead a rigorous testing strategy (A/B and multivariate tests) to continually optimize all areas of the program, including identifying opportunities to better understand our customer segments and their lifecycle and behaviors through owned channels.
- 2+ years of previous email management experience
- Continuously analyze and optimize email marketing strategies to maximize ROI and achieve forecasted goals.


10 hours per week requires you to send 4/5 emails a week + SMS.
We are open to batch creating emails + scheduling ahead.

REQUIREMENTS:

Speak & write in fluent English
AMAZING designer
Familiarity using Slack for communication
Experience with Klaviyo
At least 2 years experience as a Email Manager
Experience using SMS marketing
Applicant MUST have good graphic skills and aesthetic sense (spacing, colors, scales, etc)
Available for 10 hours per week

HOURS: 10 hours/week


RATE: $5.00/ hour USD ($200/month)
