About The Role
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Growth Operations Assistant to help support a growing founder-led business.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, content, lead management, and organization.
You'll help ensure that leads are tracked, content gets published, opportunities are followed up on, and important details don't fall through the cracks.
This is not a traditional administrative role.
We're not looking for someone to simply complete tasks.
We're looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, maintaining visibility, and helping a business stay organized as it grows.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Lead & Pipeline Operations
- Maintain and update lead tracking systems
- Track inquiries, applications, and booked calls
- Monitor pipeline movement
- Follow up with warm opportunities
- Keep records organized and current
- Ensure important opportunities are never lost
Content Operations
- Manage content calendars
- Schedule and publish content
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats
- Coordinate content assets
- Support content launches and campaigns
- Ensure publishing deadlines are met
Social Media Support
- Schedule content
- Monitor comments and messages
- Escalate conversations when needed
- Support community engagement
- Help maintain a consistent online presence
Administrative Support
- Organize files and documentation
- Maintain internal systems
- Create simple reports and summaries
- Support recurring operational processes
- Help improve internal organization
