Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, highly analytical, and adept at managing Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified leads and maximize ROI for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns across various platforms, including Search, Display, Video, and Shopping.
Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and achieve client objectives.
Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and cost per acquisition (CPA), and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Implement advanced targeting and remarketing strategies to reach the right audience at the right time in the customer journey.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure campaigns are in line with current standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and content creators, to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
Provide regular reports and updates to clients on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong track record of success.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platforms and tools, including Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to extract actionable insights from campaign metrics.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively articulate strategies and recommendations to clients and tea
Google Ads certification is preferred but not required.
